Where are your photos printed?

For customers in Canada, prints are produced at a top-tier Canadian print lab, while customers in the United States receive prints from a leading U.S. lab. This ensures the highest quality and faster delivery within each country. For international orders, we work with the best available print labs in your region to provide exceptional quality and efficient shipping.

Do you offer custom sizes?

We'd happy to discuss custom sizes to fit your specific needs. Please not that in some cases cropping of images may result in reduced image quality or simply may not be feasible for that image.

How will it take to receive my order?

Most deliveries will arrive in 3-4 weeks. This may vary in some cases

Do you accept returns?

Each print is specially for the particular buyer and as such are unable to offer returns or exchanges. In the case of a print that is damaged during delivery we will organize a replacement piece. Please examine your print carefully upon delivery and contact us within seven days of receipt of your prints if you find any damage.

Do you ship internationally?
